We only charge when you earn. A small 4% + 30¢ fee is automatically deducted from each successful booking payment. If your clients don't book, you don't pay anything.
Absolutely not. There are zero setup fees, zero monthly charges, and zero hidden costs. You can use all features of Badger completely free forever. The only fee is the 4% + 30¢ commission on successful bookings.
The 4% + 30¢ commission is automatically deducted at the time of payment processing. When your client completes a booking and pays, the commission is taken from the payment before it reaches your account.
Yes. By default you absorb the fee and clients pay exactly your listed price. In Settings → Banking you can switch to passing the fee to your clients: a processing fee is added at checkout so you receive your full listed price. For example, a $100 lesson is charged at $104.48 and you receive $100. Clients see the fee at checkout and on their receipt.
Nope. Unlimited bookings, unlimited clients, unlimited staff profiles — no caps, no tiers. Whether you're running 5 sessions a week or 500, the flat 4% + 30¢ commission is all you ever pay.
We support credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available for mobile bookings.
